We all have a deep-seated need to be heard and understood. The interaction between people always has a purpose to fulfill; we receive, deliver and forward information in order to get our message across or to gain access to information which will help us to reach the wanted outcome: achieving results. This is where misunderstandings sometimes happen; people communicate in many, different ways and messages may get lost in the process.
